CONDITIONS:
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.PAYMENT:
✧ Payment is handled through VGen.
✧ Once the sketch has been approved, the remaining payment (if applicable) must be completed before I continue.
✧ Refunds are only available before I start working on the commission.
- Once I have started the commission (including the sketch stage), refunds and cancellations are not accepted.
✧ If I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive either a partial or full refund depending on the progress.COMMISSION PROCESS:
✧ References is a must. Please provide a reference picture of the character.
✧ If your character has no reference sheet and needs to be designed from descriptions, additional fees may apply.
✧ Extra fees may apply for complex designs, additional characters, detailed backgrounds, commercial use, or rush orders.
✧ Up to 5 revisions are included during the sketch stage.TIMELINE:
✧ Estimated completion time is 2–6 weeks, depending on my queue. If you have a deadline, please let me know before placing your order. Rush commissions are available for an additional fee.
