TERMS OF SERVICE
1. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.2. References is a must. Please provide a reference picture of the character.3. I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.4. Max revision after sketch is 5.5. Couple or more details will be charge double.6. These price commission for personal use only. If you want to commercial use the commission, the price of art will be 3x from the normal charge.7. Additional charges may apply for complex designs, extra characters, detailed backgrounds, or urgent deadlines.8. Max revision after sketch is 5 (for major and minor change).
- Revision for lineart is OK, but major revision is prohibited.
- Base color revision is very OK OK.
Changes requested after the final artwork is delivered will require extra charges.9. Full refunds are only available before I start working on the commission.10. Once it has reached the sketch part, it cannot be refunded/cancelled.11. A refund will be provided if the commission is halfway complete and I am unable to continue the work.12. The deadline is flexible and can be discussed. I will try to complete it as soon as possible. If you have a specific deadline, please tell me at the start.13. Rush orders may be accepted with an additional fee.14. The time needed to complete your commission varies based on my workload and queue, so I appreciate your patience.15. Contact me either through Instagram (@annscellee) or X (@annscelle).16. I will provide progress updates upon request or at key stages (sketch, line art, coloring, final touches).17. You may use the artwork for personal purposes only, such as social media icons, wallpapers, or printing for personal display.18. If the client does not respond for more than 1 month during the commission process, the commission may be delayed or canceled without refund.19. You are allowed to post the artwork on their accounts with proper credit to me.20. You may not use my artwork to promote hate speech, misinformation, or other harmful content.21. I may post the commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, or promotional materials, unless the client requests otherwise.22. If you prefer your commission not to be shared on my social media or portfolio, please let me know at the start.
